R5 Global – Terms & Conditions

By instructing R5 Global to proceed with any case or service, you agree to the following terms. These terms protect both you, the client, and R5 Global.
Service Limitations & Disclaimers
R5 Global provides services on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Scope of Services
R5 Global provides services including, but not limited to:
- Tracing
- Process Serving
- Investigations and Consultancy Work
- Security Services, including on-site security, mobile patrols, asset protection, event security, and manned guarding
Service Delivery & Timelines
Start dates for services will be agreed upon.
We aim to complete services promptly; delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, regulatory restrictions, etc.) do not entitle clients to refunds.
Refunds & Retraces
Retraces or refunds for tracing services will be provided at our discretion if information is incorrect.
Payment Terms
Fees must be paid in full before investigations, consultancy work, final reports, or security services are provided.
Payments accepted via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cheque.
Late payments may incur interest and additional legal costs.
No investigations, consultancy work, final reports, or security services will be delivered until full payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmed services generally cannot be cancelled.
A £100 cancellation fee applies for traces after instructions.
For security services, investigations, consultancy work, or final reports, cancellations after operative or assignment confirmation incur full fees.
Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business.
Legal Compliance
Clients are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, and taxes.
Clients agree to indemnify R5 Global against legal claims arising from their use of our services.
Complaint Handling
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue.
Complaints made publicly before investigation may forfeit refund/retrace rights.
Privacy & Data Protection
Clients: Personal data and reports are retained for up to 30 days from delivery. After this, data is securely deleted unless legally required.
Staff and Contractors: Personal data of security officers, sole traders, and other personnel (including onboarding documents, identification, shift records, and any data related to security operations) will be retained for the duration of their engagement and any legally required period, even if they work on an ad hoc, rolling, or cover basis. Once the engagement ends, we will delete all personal data within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Data is used only to provide services, communicate, or comply with the law.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by English law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
